Ingredients:
| Bittersweet chocolate-finest quality |
240 grams |
| Margarine (or butter) |
200 grams |
| Sugar | 240 grams |
| Eggs, whole | 5 |
| Coco powder | 30 grams
|
| Cornstarch | 90 grams |
Instructions:
1. Melt chocolate with margarine on a water bath.
2. Blend well the eggs and sugar, add while mixing the chocolate and coco powder. Mix well for 1 minute, take off heat.
3. Pour 2/3 up in volume in ramekin that is well spread with margarine. Bake for 13 minutes in 375 f oven. Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream.
