Chocolate Lava cake

This will be enough for 10 guests on a very special occasion.

Ingredients:

Bittersweet chocolate-finest quality 240 grams
Margarine (or butter) 200 grams
Sugar240 grams
Eggs, whole5
Coco powder30 grams

Cornstarch90 grams

Instructions:

1. Melt chocolate with margarine on a water bath.

2. Blend well the eggs and sugar, add while mixing the chocolate and coco powder. Mix well for 1 minute, take off heat.

3. Pour 2/3 up in volume in ramekin that is well spread with margarine. Bake for 13 minutes in 375 f oven. Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream.
