I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner, so much so that I wanted to know how I could obtain the hummus (?) you served with your warm bread? On the return flight (February 15) the flight attended informed me that you ran out by the time the food cart got to my aisle.<br> [Please correct me if that is not the right term for the spread that was served with the bread].</p> <p> I have never been a lover of hummus, but every restaurant we went to in Israel (from Tiberias to Bethlehem to Tel Aviv) all served this wonderful creamy spread with warm pita bread. (Olive spread?)</p> <p> After returning to the States, I eagerly went to the supermarket to purchase some, but was sadly disappointed as the taste was yucky, ugh!!! There is nothing like eating something fresh from the actual country or city in which it was made.
